Tanks (Fabrication & Erection)
Tanks in various shapes and sizes designed and built as per API 600, API 620, API 650, API 653 and other International Standards. Also we undertake Fabrication & Supply of Cyclones, Hoppers and Silos Rectangular Tanks etc.
Pressure Vessels (Fabrication & Erection) : "U" Stamped
Design Fabrication, Inspection & Testing as per ASME VIII Div.1 and other International Standards in variety of material construction namely CS, SS, MONEL, INCONNEL etc.
Stacks & Ducts for Power Plants
We have the infrastructure to Fabricate Stacks and Ducts for Power
Projects. We have a Plate Rolling Machine and a Section Rolling
Machine for rolling angels, channels, squares, tubes, pipes, T sections,
etc. to the required diameters.
Pipe Work "PP" Stamped
We Fabricate to client specifications and requirements, various
diameters and thickness of pipes, also in different types of materials;
like stainless steel, carbon steel, etc. in accordance with ASME
Section 1 and B31.1.
Heat Exchangers & Air Coolers
GSW have in house capabilities for Design, manufacturing, Inspection & Testing of Heat Exchangers confirming to ASME SEC VIII Div 1 & TEMA CODE requirements. Our production range includes material construction like CS, LOW ALLOY STEEL, SS, MONEL, INCONNEL including cladded tube sheets. Further GSW has an exclusive agreement with M/S BRONSWERK to fully support GSW in all aspects of Design & Engineering, Fabrication of air coolers in Jubail KSA. M/S BRONSWERK of the Netherlands are pioneers in Hear Exchangers & Air Coolers since 1940.
Repair / Modification of Process Equipments
GSW is having in house capability for repair & modification of Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers with relevent code requirements & authorized to carry out such work using "R" Stamp by NATIONAL BOARD OF BOILER AND PRESSURE VESSELS INSPECTORS FOR REPAIRS.
